As we start Advent whilst under pandemic restrictions, we look for signs of hope in tough times. Waiting can be difficult for many people, yet much of our life is spent waiting – particularly at the moment when life is on hold. Patrick looks at Isaiah’s words of hope to the Israelites in exile, and finds comfort in them for today’s situation. We light our first advent candle, our music group provides some wonderful Advent music, and Dr Rebecca shares some inspiring insights that she has discovered in her waiting. Welcome to Wooler URC!
