The Helmet of Salvation. Unless we ride a bike or work on a construction site, we probably don’t wear a helmet very often. Yet in his letter to the Christians in Ephesus, Paul includes the ‘helmet of salvation’ as an essential part of the armour of God. That helmet is a sign that shows we already belong to the family of the risen Saviour and have been rescued by Him. This Sunday, Fliss explores that wonderful image and encourages to rest in the saving grace of Jesus. Oh – and the music has a distinctly ‘gospel’ feel to it this week – so be ready to sway with the rhythm!
